Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Food is ok, although pasta was very greasy. Pizza was good. But the service was the WORST! LITERALLY WORST SERVICE I’ve ever experienced, maybe even a school canteen have better service than this. First of all, when they served my pasta, they gave a dirty spoon. Didn’t bring a fork, I had to pick it myself. There was a hair in my pasta, I called the waitress and showed her. First thing she said ‘I don’t think there is a hair’... then I showed her, she said ‘Oh, that’s a hair, a dark hair..’ I didn’t know what she means at that point. Then she just took my pasta away, did not say sorry. Then my friend asked if they are gonna do anything with the hair, maybe at least an apology or a discount? Because there were some shrimps and quite a few pasta when she took it away and obviously we though she would bring a new one. She came back with an offer for a limoncello, then when we said nobody wants it, just get us the bill. Then she said, ‘Oh well, I can’t do anything about it because the chef is bald, and I have blond hair myself, so actually it must have been your hair’. Then I say, this is really rude and we are very unsatisfied with you. Then the chef came out, angrily, and asked if we have any problems here? He heard that we kept asking for free stuff for a hair found in a pasta only at the last bite (obviously not true and even if it’s true it means that it cannot be my hair if it’s that deep into the pasta), and he finds it hard to believe and even if it was not my hair, it could have flown from somewhere so he didn’t understand what we wanted, but we will not get the free stuff we wanted! (He said all this in Dutch ofc). Btw he seems to forget that a woman working in the bar (seems like a manager) also has dark hair, and another waiter too. Eventually we wait at least 10 mins for the bill, did not get anything NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!! So DON’T GO THERE unless you want to experience how bad can a service at the restaurant be.
